He was very helpful..non judgemental like some lawyers I have had experience with. He allowed me to use his computer in his home,he knew I did not own one. Very patient with me and that is not an easy thing to be. I will use him in the future if I need legal Assistance..I have also referred several friends to him. When I found myself needing legal assistance, I called several attorneys; they only seemed to care about their time/money until I reached Ned. He listened to me and genuinely cared. He spends a nice amount of time with me on the phone asking all the details and going over any questions I had. I was so nervous and scared, but he brought comfort and light to the situation. I called him on a Friday, and by Monday morning he had all my paperwork filled, and the defendant served by Monday evening. I know all cases don't usually go this quick/smoothly, but it's not for lack of trying. Never was I left in the dark about what was going on with my case. Anytime he received new information; he would text/call me as soon as he got the chance to keep me up to date. On the morning of court, he found me in the waiting area, went over what to expect, and kept my nerves at bay. He was very respectful in the court room as he had other clients/cases that day. I was granted everything in the petition, and I owe all of this to him. I would defiantly hire him again if I need legal representation. He has competitive rates, and even if you don't live close by, he can do almost everything through phone/computer.
I find the previous reviews to be false. Ned set down immediately with me and my family to get things taken care of. Very professional Lawyer. Stayed on top of my issues and continues to do so. I will recommend Ned to anyone who asks me about legal representation. Will even take time out of his personal life to help his clients.
