And sometimes its good and sometimes its just horrible.
Ordered a banana cream slushie and a watermelon cream slushie about 355 . So half price. Happy hour. Got the banana but watermelon was wrong. So sent it back. 414 still no watermelon back. So press the button and sonic worker comes out and wants to charge me 6. More dollars cuz it's no longer happy hour. so we ask for manager and she sends sonic worker back out with still wrong slushie and our money back and manager still refuses to come talk to us... we will never go back there again.
Kind of hit and miss on service. One day it's super fast and other days tend to take forever. Food quality is better than some other Sonics around though.
Every time we go there whether its busy or not our food take 10 minutes or more to be brought out..
My kids have had food poisoning from chili cheese fries at this Sonic. The car hops Are very sweet. They got rid of the only management that cared about the customers and service. That young man used to correct any mistakes and personally bring you the correct things. If a mistake is made, they don't seem to care and you WILL still pay for your order, no matter how long you wait. That holds true when the main manager that has been there for years and years is present as well. A Small order can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes.
They have nice carhops and good shakes. Burgers are hit and miss on how fresh they are but I've never had a terrible burger from this particular Sonic.
